Last, but not least, VapoRub can reduce fat, cellulite and stretch marks. For this, you need to make a cream combining Vikcs, camphor, baking soda and some alcohol. Apply this powerful cream then wrap the area with plastic wrap while you’re at home or at work.

Levomenthol, found in VapoRub, is a mint-flavored compound that’s dangerous to use on its own. But, when dissolved in Vicks, it becomes mixed with eucalyptus oil and is completely safe to use.

Camphor should also never be used on its own, only in combination with other ingredients.

This is the recipe for the fat-burning treatment:

Ingredients

Vicks VapoRub
Camphor
Alcohol
Baking soda
Preparation

To form paste, crush the camphor tablet and mix it with the other ingredients. Use a plastic container. Massaging in circular motions, apply the paste on the problematic areas before going to bed. Then wrap the area with plastic wrap and leave it overnight. You can do the treatment when relaxing at home or when working out.
