½ an avocado seed
4 apples
1 banana
2 peeled lemons
1 cup of spinach
1 bunch of parsley
¼ of ginger
1 stalk of celery 

Preparation:

Put the seed into a food processor and process it until it becomes fine powder. Divide the ground seed into 2 equal portions. Process all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor until the mixture becomes smooth, setting aside the other portion of the ground seed for later use. You only need half of the mixture for one serving. Strain the smoothie before drinking it.
