This is a shocking story about a 17-year old boy who complained of severely swelling jaw. The local doctors couldn`t find out what caused the problem and his father decided to take him to a state-run hospital in Mumbai, India.
Shockingly, the doctors found a number of layers of extra teeth on the boy's jaw. It was an extremely rare tumor that caused this condition. The doctors described it as a world record.
The surgery was performed by Dr. Vandana Thorawade together with two surgeons and two assistants. The surgery lasted for 7 hours and they successfully removed the tumor along with all the extra teeth.
The doctors counted more than 232 teeth.
