1 cup natural cider vinegar
1 cup bitter salt
1 cup healing clay
2-3 fresh rosemary twigs
3-4 drops of essential cinnamon oil
3-4 drops of essential lavender oil
How to Prepare:
Add all ingredients in a tub filled with warm water and dip the entire body including the head. Before you dive the head in the bath, take deep breath and while you remove the head three times inhale deeply through the nose. Repeat the procedure couple of times, thus relive stress.
Take joy in this hot bath and relax while your body will stich materials and will eliminate toxins. This bath detoxification can be practiced as much as desired, but it is preferable to be done at least once a week. If you’re too busy for this relaxing bath, make just one for your foot, the similar effect will be achieved. For this foot bath you will reduce the amount of ingredients according to the amount of the water. Practicing this bath will have the similar effect: you will dispose the excessed toxins that accumulated into you during the day.
